I. Meetings organised with the support of SupraChem Lab project

Iasi Academic Days: Progress in Organic and Macromolecular Compounds Research, During the Iasi Academic Days 2017, event organised by the Romanian Academy, the SupraChem Lab Group organised the traditional ICMPP session: Progress in Organic and Macromolecular Compounds Research. The Iasi Academic Day is traditional conference, that is intended to be a meeting place for specialists from different research institutions, education and economics, that facilitate the know how exchange and scientific information and widening the area of collaboration. Due to a project of modernisation of ICMPP, this year for the first time, the ICMPP XXVI Scientific Session was held on 5th and 6th October 2017 in Iasi at the headquarter of the Romanian Academy, the Iasi branch. Total audience: 75 participants (researchers, PhD students and master students)

The Romanian Academy, Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry "Petru Poni" Iasi together with the Laboratory for Research on Matter Structure - LRSM the University of Pennsylvania (USA) and National Science Foundation - NSF (USA) held during May 31-June 2, 2016, at Bucharest and Iasi, the eighth edition of the International Symposium "Christopher I. Simionescu". The conference was honored by the presence of prestigious researchers such as: Robert Howard Grubbs, Nobel Laureate in Chemistry (2005), Virgil Percec (Pennsylvania University, Philadelphia, SUA), Joanna Aizenberg (Harvard University, Cambridge, SUA), Michael Aizenberg (Harvard University, Cambridge, SUA), Katherine B. The 3rd CEEPN Workshop On Polymer Science September 23-26, 2015 - Iasi, Romania organized in “Petru Poni” Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry. The workshop was part of the XXV-nd Symposium “Progress in Organic and Polymer Chemistry” organized under the auspices of the Romanian Academy The topic of the workshop focus on polymer architectures - from concept to design and gathered prestigious researchers from Romania, Ukraine, Republic of Moldavia, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria; Total audience: 85 participants (researchers, PhD students and master students)  |
