On 07.12.2022, at 11.00, the official launch of the Horizon Europe project of the ERA Chair type: BioMat4CAST – Petru Poni Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry – Multi-Scale In Silico Laboratory For Complex and Smart Biomaterials took place within the Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry “Petru Poni” (ICMPP) – Advanced Research Center for Bionanoconjugates and Biopolymers (IntelCentru), Iasi.

BioMat4CAST is a project worth 2.5 million Euros financed by the Horizon Europe program and aims to create a team to study Computational Chemistry in ICMPP under the guidance of a prestigious researcher, Prof. Aatto Laaksonen (Arrhenius Laboratory, Stockholm University, Sweden). The project Coordinator is Dr. Rusu Teodora, and the project Scientific Manager is Dr. Mariana Pinteala.
